I've lost access to my account

Write to us with the email you used to register. We can force a reset from the back office.

I want to delete my account

From the app, under Profile → Delete account. Everything is deleted in 30 days.

I'm not receiving notifications

In the app, Feed → Enable notifications. If the banner doesn't appear, check your system settings to ensure Pact has notification permissions.
